Hi i am a hardcore ww2 fan and a tank guru. i like realistic mil sims and this game looks extremely cool and im trying to get it for the online. However, when i checked requirements, i met every req except that my graphics card apparently isnt compatible with DX9 and i have windows 7. Before i throw my money down, any computer gurus here think that i can run it without any problems? I really want to make sure that i can play before buying it. I hear that for some games even though dx9 is required if you dont have it it only stops some minor things which wont affect gameplay. is this the case for this game? btw i have mobile intel(R) 4 series express chipset family for my card. Also, how hard is it to find a match? do people work together? that is all my questions thanks!

Unfortunately Windows 7 was not available when this product was released, so it is not OFFICIALLY supported. In some cases if the product runs on Windows Vista, it may also run on Windows 7. Please review the publisher

I run the game (currently) on Win7-64 bit. It runs fine.

That Celeron CPU and integrated graphics is what's killing you.

also forgot to ask how does the celeron kill me? it has the speed higher than minimum requirements. if it does kill me, how badly will it kill my performance and fun? thanks for the reply btw.:)

You might be able to run it, but my guess is poorly.

It really helps to have a halfway decent GPU (an actual video card) along with a separate audio card. The game is more CPU dependent and a Celeron is at the lower end of the scale.

There are always battles and servers that have players.

Hey guys just thought that i'd give an update, i bought the game off of steam on my mother's desktop (which she didnt let me use prior to me posting this question), and although that desktop has the same graphics chip, it had a much better processor (intel core i3 3.2ghz or something), much better ram and is 64 bit windows 7. I put the settings on low right when i started so i didnt try the high graphics but i have to say the game is running VERY smoothly and the fps is just wonderful. The graphics did get a little glitchy(like a small peice of the wall would dissapear, sometimes entire buildings, though the latter is very rare and only happened once) but these things dont happen so often and therefore my gameplay isnt killed. Got to say, this game is absolutely amazing! Lots of fun and adrenaline when playing it, i also get an epic feeling while playing as red army and is really cool. thanks for all the help guys.:)
