After taking a break over the summer, (COD4) I returned to RO, and Darkest Hour, and still see alot of players here. This is not really that surprising as I realize this is still an excellent multiplayer game. But what really makes it, is the maturity of the players from all over the world, and their historical interest in this game. I will never forget my first try-Basovka-wondering if I would survive the artillery, and actually hit someone with a bolt action rifle, almost three years ago!

Glad to hear another player is back in this fine game.
It is such a damn good game and impossible to stay away from I find.
Just the realism and no crosshairs does it for me and love the good old bolt action.

Err Kapula - obviously these people posting are people who are coming back to the game.

I've taken dozens of breaks from RO myself and I've never felt the need to create a 'I'm back' thread or anything similar. I just don't see why everybody's been doing it lately.

Maybe you shouldn't read these threads if you have such a hard time dealing with them... just trying too help.

this is getting rediculous, we don't need another thread for every player that get's back after a couple of months, join one of the other threads if you want to share your experiences
