I hate the characters of the events

Well, I said a few times prior that I find the numerous events to have grown rather old. Add that all updates are tied to them, and you pretty much never see the regular zeds anymore...Which is quite a shame.

I wouldn't say that it ruins the game, but I do think they shouldn't bother anymore. Even more so when they make a pirate-themed update, only to get clown zeds...?

I kind of like the events, though I wouldn't say no to a new set of more reskinned zeds for a future event. The zeds say different things and make different audio cues too. If you're playing on pc, I believe there might be a way to turn off the event skins somewhere.

I always stopped playing during the evens except the first ever Circus event. The zeds in those events are huge immersion breaker for me (on top of the chickens and robots running around).

I personally don't mind them, I love variety. Agree on "normal zeds are rare now" tho. Would be nice if someone made whitelisted mod so you can choose what zeds you want on the server. Or make them map specific, but that should also include custom maps because I play on them exclusively.

I always thought it would make more sense if holiday zeds appeared only on winter-themed maps for example. This way they wouldn't feel off wandering in a spaceship... And they wouldn't be removed entirely either.

I agree with Aleflippy. In the same way only Christmas Zeds appear on Santa's Workshop, they should do that for all themed maps that come out during events but keep the Zeds on those maps only. For example:

Summer Sideshow Zeds: Tragic Kingdom
Halloween Zeds: Nightmare, Monster Masquerade
Christmas Zeds: Krampus Layer, Santa's Workshop

Of course, I don't think they should always put the themed Zeds on each map with the season each map comes out with. For example, Christmas Zeds should not permanently appear on Elysium.
