PC I can't play dlc

I have purchased the game Maneater Apex Edition.
I understand that the game includes Maneater and Truth Quest DLC.
But when I try to access Truth Quest DLC
I can't play Truth Quest DLC
The game is trying to make more purchases, why?

When the truth dlc is clicked
it tells me to upgrade even though purchased

What platform are you playing on? EGS
What is your account name on that platform? mayapopy1208
How did you purchase Maneater (base game)? We would like to know if it was retail, digital, gamepass, etc.
Where did you purchase the Truth Quest DLC? (While in game with the in game prompt, on the store page, etc. Or if applicable, was it from a third party site?)
Are you online or offline? Are you using a wired broadband connection?
Please check the downloads to see if any updates are queued.
When looking at the store page, is Truth Quest displayed as purchased? From the video it seems to sometimes say owned and sometimes not?

Thanks for the video. It's especially interesting to see that the game sometimes says the DLC is owned and sometimes shows it as not. In the video where the game should properly let you play the DLC bc it says owned, what happens if you just let it sit for a while when trying to launch? Does it crash? Have you gotten any error messages at all?
