I click buy DLC but not happening or item stroe is emty

This usually indicates security software is blocking part of the games connection.

Or the game just can't establish the connection to steam api, which happens over time and the inventory or shop won't show items... even if they can be equipped in gear menu.
You guys even added that connection ui thing, which clearly shows its having full connection... but the inventory/shop are still empty

@causelastz Just restart steam and the store should appear again
