I have recently bought the witch hunter outfit bundle to no avail. I’ve reinstalled it multiple times, reset my console. Nothing. No response to my ticket either. Someone help

We have been working with our partners to investigate a purchase issue that some Xbox users are experiencing. A possible cause has been found and a fix is in the works. We currently believe once the fix is deployed the items will appear in the players inventory on next load. We thank you for your detailed reports and patience.
