I’m not receiving the keys i bought in the xbox stor.

I've bought 3 keys in the period of 1 month and never received the keys. I've checked my bank account and the money is paid, but no keys. How do i get my keys or my money?

It's not just you, it seems to be pretty widespread. The last three keys I bought never appeared, the last one being on the 15th of August. Raised a support ticket but apart from the auto-reply confirming it's been raised I've not heard anything since. The previous two were dealt with pretty quickly.

I'd hold off buying anymore until the missing ones are pushed through and Tripwire get to the bottom of whatever's causing the issue.
