Hypernia hosted server not ranked?

Hi there,

I'm currently running a server hosted by Hypernia. I notice there are other servers of theirs tagged as ranked, so I presume they are an approved GSP.

My server is at 203.14.173.86:7777

On restarting the server it shows as ranked, but then somehow slips to unranked within a minute or two (pre map change).

Is this an error in my configuration?

Its hosted by a large GSP rather than self hosted, so presumably that should be taken care of.

Its rented from a large GSP, so I presume that they will have been through the process of getting all their servers ranked.

Call Hypernia, speak to Lane. He knows RO2 very well and he will fix you up. We rent a dedicated box from them and he helped me with the ranked server application form for our 18 ips.

Ever find out what the issue was that was causing this?

We got our box from Hypernia too which also was unranked until I applied. However, I guess if you'd ask Lane, he'd apply for you.

We to have a server hosted By Hypernia. Same issue that it would show up Ranked and then go unranked. Even after we applied for a ranked server.
Looking around and reading other forums threads, it seems to be a bug with the game.
I have however noticed that sometimes when the server shows unranked, it also briefly shows VAC is turned off and PB is not on, even though we have not touched it.

The current work-around is to restart your server. I have noticed other GSP servers doing the same thing.

I gues we need to wait for another patch.
