There would be a hunger meter that would require you to continue eating, but when you would stop eating your health would slowly deplete. I think that this should be implemented in a way that the endgame players could only access this. I think it would be cool if you could toggle it on and off but It would only be accessible to the people that have finished the story. I think that it would give the players that are getting bored of swimming around and eating stuff for no purpose a reason for them to keep playing.
