Wow! I expected maybe 30,000 purchases by the end of the sale, but I didn't expect it in just a few hours! Things are looking up for RO2.

Your friend will receive an email with the instructions then he needs to open the gift page (supplied in the email), copy the key and redeem it on steam.

Sorry to burst your bubble but you read it wrong.
It states Soundtrack + 11 DLCs and in the info it even have a link listing the 11 DLCs you'll receive one by one!

I do believe I clearly said that at the time of my purchase it said that it came with ALL of the DLC. It changed quite a while after I purchased it.

So, I bought 2 bundles and now have 4 spare keys (2 RO and 2 RO2).
Can anyone help me getting it into the right hands?
I want to make sure the keys are going to people that enjoy realism and will keep playing the games!

I just played Ostfront. There weren't many players. Where are the most players? Do they play the mods? Maybe it's because it's a bit late here 1:42 am. I love this game. I didn't know it's that realistic.

I am strongly considering purchasing this but I already own Killing Floor. This is my current understanding of the situation, correct me if I'm wrong:

1) I can keep the Red Orchestra games for myself and give the KF to a friend, as the games are all separate codes.

2) I only have 1 DLC for Killing Floor while this bundle includes 11 of them. There is no way I can replace or add these DLCs to my existing Killing Floor because steam is stupid like that.

I can confirm this. Already had KF, redeemed the code and now have the dlcs on my game!

That doesn't seem like very solid confirmation. The post he links just lists the DLCs included. I know for a fact steam really struggles games bundled with DLC. For example, I own Fallout: New Vegas. At one point the GOTY version was on sale cheap with all the DLC. I would've bought it as this would give me all the DLC cheaper than I could otherwise obtain them. But steam wouldn't sell it to me because I already owned the game.

have you read my post above? I can confirm it. If you already have the base game and redeem the Humble Bundle key it will unlock the dlcs!

Yes, they said that EVERY RO2 owner gets a discount.
