I think this would be an interesting feature. To date, I haven't seen a webadmin system for uploading/adding maps to your server in any game. If you added uploading responsibilities to admin permissions, you could have a secure system for updating only maps/mutators/redirects.

What do you think? Would it be worth the effort?

i dont see what is wrong with a default ftp for placing maps on the servers.
I personally trust my ftp programs more than webbased upload applications. (remember that at a mapchange the entire webadmin functionality gets closed and restarted and thus would likely force you to finish the upload before mapchange).

Now a selectable feature that upon mapchange completely relaunches the server pretty much so that added mutators over the ftp get detected. That would be interesting.
