For that system he should be able to max it out, the developers are just trying to make excuses.

No excuse to why it can run at 60FPS maxed with a 460 and not on his system or mine.

I have exactly the same problem, I have a quad core, 4 gig of ram and a gtx470 video card, above recommended specs and it runs like a bag of crap. Getting sick of it
