How to turn on FF in a LAN game?

Me and my friends want to try FF in Normal mode. We suck at hard and suicidal but we can finish easily on normal.

Anyway how do you turn on FF?

If you're talking about a listen server, I don't know.

If you're talking about a dedicated server, just change or insert FriendlyFireScale=<decimal here>.

1.00 is 100%, 0.50 is 50%, 0.00 is 0%, etc.
