Hello,
my team mates and I would like to host a small private game on one of our PCs (we do not have a dedicated derver yet), a small game (maybe 4 vs 4) for training, trying tactics, etc.
How is that done ?
Up to now the guy who hosts can open a map with some bots, but noone else can join.
A detailed guide (which commands must be issued via the console, which ports need to be open on the router) would be great.
Thanks
Maraz

There is no RO2 dedicated server in steam and I tried HLDS from with in steam. There is no RO2 listed in the gui of HLDS. I had some sucsess with HLDSupdatetool to reconise RO2 but I can't seem to figure it out its not really user friendly. I also read there is a stand alone HLDS but I can't seem to find it.
If anyone has some advice it would also be great.

There is some good info here http://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/showthread.php?t=57435
but HLDS in steam is so limited with the gui and I can't figure how to get into the command console to start a game as RO2 and not any of the HL games.

Thank you
