How to edit audio + replace Soldier's voices?

Curious if anyone has experience modding RS2 audio. I want to replace the soldier's voices with lines from Rick and Morty.
I did some searching in the files and found wwise audio files and upk audio files, not sure if either of those are what I want.
Will I need to use the SDK? Can I simply replace the audio files with my own?

You'll need to use the wwise SDK to make new wwise files. How exactly to do that though, nobody freakin knows.
