How to compress mutators?

I recently installed the "Hunting Rifle & Moss12" mutator onto my dedicated server by following this post (http://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/showthread.php?t=102106) and I realized that the client takes a very long time to download them; the Moss12 took at least 15 minutes and I went afk as it downloaded the Hunting Rifle.

I would like to know how to compress mutators into smaller files so that clients can download them faster.
I have seen a few posts about having the mutator compressed and having a redirect, but I do not know how to compress these weapon mutators as they have multiple files in multiple directories unlike maps where it is just a .rom file.
Another question that I have is:
Is it possible to redirect the client to uncompressed mutators/files in the same redirect path as compressed maps while (UseCompression=true)?

You compress them the same way you'd compress maps, but you'll enter each file individually when doing so.

So instead of

ucc compress KF-Map.rom

You'll do

ucc compress Mutator.u
ucc compress Texture.utx

Additionally you could just look for the files already compressed.
