How to change Killing Floor 2 language without changing Epic Game Launcher language?

The game Killing Floor 2 in the Epic Games Store is declared to have the following languages:

English, French, Italian, German, Spanish - Spain, Polish, Russian, Spanish - Latin America, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Korean, and Portuguese - Brazil.

However, I did not find in the game settings how to change the language from English? In the Steam version, this is done through the properties of the installed game in the launcher. And how is this done in the game installed through Epic? To clarify, I need the game language to be different from the language selected in the Epic Game Launcher settings.

I believe like Steam, the EGS version is tied to the launcher language.
