i will play the first couple of hours with music to check out the sound track and moral influence stuff. after few hour into the game i would turn it off together with all the eyecandy stuff like bloom, motionblur, shadows ect. to improve performance.

I would like to keep it on in SP and coop, but for multiplay I want to be able to hear sounds the enemy makes and stuff over voip.

I would normally turn it off and use my own, or none at all (depending on the day)

But considering the effort being done here with the morale system, I'll give it a shot.

Oh it was so annoying in the Ostfront. First thing I do during a reinstall is to go and close the irrevelant music. I love the soundtrack(regularly listen to some tracks) but it ruined the multiplayer atmosphere.

For RO2, during SP I'll probably leave it on but for MP it's a definite off. I don't need a distraction because I need to hear those little footsteps, reload sounds and the "THUD!" of the incoming grenade.

Every game I play, I put the music on. For a starter, I'd hate to play Killing Floor without the ingame music now. ;-;

Probably on, but at low volume, i like the atmosphere music can add, but it has to be low so it doesen't distract or prevent me from hearing other important audio clues.

I find I turn music off when I'm concentrating on playing but if I'm playing a casual game to relax or whatever, I play with music on, usually my own though :)

I voted no.

Off for me, after a week of play i will probably switch it on just to see what the whole fuss is about. But it's an old fact that " men love with eyes and women with ears " So I will concentrate on visuals.

Just because of the work that has gone into it I'll keep it on, plus it does change, however in Soviet Russia, music listen to YOU!

Music can enhance or destroy the atmosphere of the game so I will see. I mostly play RO without music, sometimes I play with my own music.

I always have the music on in any game I play, unless it's absolute trash, adds a lot to the atmosphere imo. Will definitely have it on in HoS with this morale system.

I liked the music in Ost, it was at a low enough volume that it never became my downfall :p

actually it was like the Soldier was almost hallucinating, I'd forget about the music and then it would just softly play, and I'd be like "whoa, there's music"

2 reasons I want the music on in HoS (just at a low volume) 1 they put a lot of hard work into it and from the clips I've heard it sounds really good. 2 I can use it as a warning to let me know when moral is down. I'm not sure how you know otherwise :confused:

I said yes in the polls mainly for pubbing but for realism matches and practice it would be turned off.
