How loud do YOU keep the music?

depends the difficult. usually i put the music louder than the rest of the sounds, but if im trying to beat HoE then the music is off.
first thing i do on every game is disable the music, tune down the sfx, make it so the voice chat is actually audible.
i find killing floors treatment of music tracks as some kind of celebrity really annoying. music is off yet it still keeps popping up in the chat window telling me which track is on mute now. i keep thinking somebody posted something important

you can't play licensed music in lobbies, elevators or waiting rooms either, you can't play licensed music for anyone but yourself without paying for said license.
it's not youtube, it's copyrights in general.
It really is. A few years ago, when they were even more strict about it, a friend of mine got his acc blocked/closed/whatever because he did a vlog and the TV was running in the background and some song was playing (it wasn't even loud) and YT detected it and that was it - copyright infraction, everything blocked, bla bla, BS!!
Long before I was recruited, I had copyright strike for 6 months because of gameplay vid with licensed OST..
I usually listen to chopped and screwed music and turn ingame off. And I keep it at a volume where I can still hear and makeout mic callouts.
Unrelated note: I once had a game glitch out on me and it had low quality sounds and had to turn sound off completely. That was the worst kf2 game I've ever played.
