How long has been since the first beta testing?

Just asking this because I do feel hungry for some HD MP footage...You guys can still record it and if there are any obvious bugs that you wont like them to be seen just delete that footage with bugs showing.

We have month and a half before the game release date,please TWI be nice and give us some HD MP footage,5 min. should do the job for now I think,thanks

I think this is needed, there's only been cams released of the game so far and they have only shown sp or mp with bots.

I think it would be in Tripwires best interests to release some HD footage of a mp match through the eyes of a squad leader. Show how the game plays out when you work as a team. A direct feed to the squads voip too. Could even use a map that has a few tanks on for variety.

It's one thing the other games out there are quite lacking (TEAMWORK), so they should really push it more.

Maybe they are playing with a build that doesnt have the full graphics properly implemented because they want to iron out other bugs first.

Would be NICE if we could actually read something from a dev. Getting this close to release date and still have no word on the closed beta, has me extremely concerned. At this point, the keys and download links should be making the rounds.

I check back on these forums daily, looking for news about the closed beta, and nothing. I'm tired of seeing links to videos and screenshots already. WE KNOW the game looks great, and you guys have done a fabulous job, but enough already.

This close to release date, and no news is simply unacceptable. In 2-3 weeks the game will NEED to go gold, if it is going to make it to market on time. That means we should have the beta NOW, to try to get in any last minute fixes or suggestions, before the game goes gold.

The silence on this is disturbing, and not what I expect of TWI. The trend that developers have been following lately, just makes no sense. Homefront, no beta, failed game. Brink, no beta, failed game. Black Ops, no beta, failed game. Breach, no beta, failed game. Anyone else seeing a pattern here?

If there is not going to be a closed 20k key beta like it was stated, just say so. I personally dont plan to buy or support companies any more that dont stand behind their products enough to trust the public with some sort of a beta test. So dev's please let us know something. I need to know if I should continue to support you, or just throw my hands in the air in disgust, and walk away.

I know for a fact, BF3 WILL have a beta. I do not seem to be able to know that for a fact with HoS. I specifically bought and set up my current dedicated server for this game. Extremely high end server, 16 gigs of RAM, 8 cores and a SSD drive. Everything for THIS game. No beta = no buy for me from this point on. I'm not getting screwed by any more dev's. And believe me, I sing TWI praises all the time. I buy all the DLC for Killing Floor, even though I dont use it, just to support TWI. No beta, no beta news SOON, my support at least comes to an end.

All this silence on this subject, TWI, is very unbecoming.

The game is 6 weeks away and we still have no word on what the remaining weapons and features are. It's hard for me to convince people to buy the game when I can't show them what MP is going to be like. Danzig II with some guy running around with an SMG doesn't cut it. Some HD footage of tanks and MP needs to get out now. I know RO2 is going to be great, but many others are still skeptical.

TWI stated they will have a beta, DICE did the same.
How is DICE's statement a fact and TWI's statement not?

Don't want to bash, it's just unnecessary negative.
I agree that it would be best to have a beta soon though.

I'm not worried if us new members/common folk don't get into the beta. I'm trusting Tripwire + the veterans of the community to make the game polished.

Tripwire hasn't let us down yet so keep positive.

I'll be buying the game as soon as a pre-order is up for it on Steam.
