How long does it take to get your Rising Storm 2 skins?

I have purchased the Deluxe edition and not received my skins after a day - Is this normal? Should I submit a support ticket?

I've already played a good amount in both games and not had the items drop.

If you're talking about vietnam one's... Weren't they a pre-order bonus?

if you are talking about normal rising storm 2, the only you receive is Strasser as a playable character.
