How good is the server for multiplayer for different countries

Let say me and my friends are living in two different continents.

Does anyone know if we can still have a reasonable ping when playing? No teleport,..etc...

Yeah you two can play fine. Ive always played RO2 / RS whit high ping, 150 and over, sometimes 250. It's not really that noticeable for some reason, but sometimes it does make a difference betwen a shot hitting or not. I do have to aim way ahead of someone running sometimes, but im totally used to high ping.
