How do you stop doors from respawning?

i have a few doors that start the game as pre-sealed 100%.

once a door is destroyed i don't want it to come back.

any ideas on this?

of course if i could make the game one long big wave without the trader the doors wouldn't respawn but i have no idea how to do that either

i dont know if this will work exactly, but can a scripted trigger destroy a kfdoormover?
i dont know if a kfdoormover does any trigger/untrigger events when broken, besides the wood/metal explo emitters.
try creating a scripted trigger that waits for whatever the boor break trigger is, then have it destroy the kfdoormover.
this is all just speculation on my part, i cant test this out right now.

Actually I think that might work. Altho Im not sure wether you can trigger anything when the door breaks. I know you can trigger things when a door opens or closes but breaking is another thing..

Assuming you could assing an event on the door break, then technically you could trigger another event which destroys the door actor.

Thanks for the tip I'll have to try it out.

I just tried it and seems to work!

Used a scripted trigger in which the actors were destroyd when the door event was triggered. ALTHO I think it will also trigger when someone opens the door -_-, but in my case it doesnt matter because the "door" is not actually a door but a tile in the ceiling which is not supposed to be opened.

Im not sure if theres a workaround for real doors.
