Tactics How do you engage the KV1?

I seem to have some problems with engaging the KV1 with P3. This tank has amazing frontal armor, and you cant outflank it well on the combined arms maps where you find it (Leningrad, Berezina, etc).

I always fire HE at it out of despair because I wont get a hit with AP whilst shooting the frontal area.

Any tips?
