The cheapest way to make the game harder. For real, it feels like you may be steamrolling on the whole game for like 8 waves, then suddenly on wave 9 you are chased by a raging fleshpound and a scrake, then suddenly you get a bloat, a siren and two quarterpounders in front of your face
I get that it was a bit too easy to kite zeds around in the first game, but considering most zeds are quicker, more agile and just have more abilities in KF2... Is teleportation really that necessary? Increasing the zed appearing at once would already crank up the difficulty without feeling nearly as cheap. I suppose it's also a matter of engine... you don't want the game to crash because there's too many things happening at once. But come on, I'm sure you can crank it up slightly with minor interferences?
