Server How do we enable ROTV?

a piece of the log guess its going wrong somewhere here..

EDIT:
after some testing,
1. rotv must be connencted to server where is a game (of course)
2. notice, ROTV server must have the same mutators as the spectaded server.
3. there must be a 'primary player' on rotv, the person that connects to the rotv with specified PrimaryPassword, otherwise ROTV is in inactive mode and nobody will be able to connect to spectate.
4. primary player controls the camera , but more like, the coordinates where the camera is located - so spectating players can look around in free mode.
5.if the first person is used then then players see that person from POV of that player (so it is first person)
6. you can record clientside demo when connected to ROTV (atleast from primary player)
bad news - weapons, ironsights are not visible. Too bad.

after the use for the first NC-match this year and a still crashing ROTV i would like to know:

1) if there is any possibility to get it working on a linux-root?

2) if not and it keeps crashing on the windows-root:
is it kind of process which crashes?
so perhaps something like a script which tests the process and restarts if it crashed would be possible?
or what happens atm i cannot connect to the ROTV-server anymore? i get a "no response..."
