How do I get a refund from Steam?

I loved RO1 but with my experiences on RO2 I am seriously reconsidering my purchase. How do I go about getting a refund from Steam?

Can we get a pardon from the devs to allow us to get refunds from Steam? You know the game is F.U.B.A.R, we know the game is F.U.B.A.R, we just want our money back.

Steam are tight-fisted with giving refunds, and I really don't want a drawn out battle of words, if TWI could just do the honourable thing and help us get a refund, all would be well.

Yes, me too. They say on the website they do not issue refunds, but this is clearly a exception, this game is completely busted for many people, and all the help we get is "buy a new computer" or "stop being a troll".

Look, i'm not even saying I hate the game, it might be fantastic for all I know.



All I have experienced so far is a slideshow with occasional crashing and blue-screening.

Steam support says they don't issue refunds, and they do not maintain a support page for RO2. They simply redirect us to here. This game is broken, and if I eventually decide to get a refund that is my right - Tripwire has not observed their commitments made in the DDE. Tripwire should work with Steam to help us obtain refunds, if we so choose.

If your getting BSOD, its and underlying issue and not purely the game.

Tripwire has not kept to their promise in the DDE. I am in the right for wanting a refund if I choose to do so because of Tripwire's failure and substandard product. They should work with Steam to allow us to receive refunds if we so desire.
