Yes, that's a UTJumppad, not a Teleporter.
Enter the Name (not the Tag!) of a PathNode into the Jumppad's NavigationPoint -> ForcedPath. This will connect the Jumppad with the PathNode and throw any pawn that enters it to that PathNode.
If you select the Jumppad a purple line will be drawn to the PathNode. See if the trajectory is how you want it to be. If it isn't you can use the Jumppad's Jumppad -> ZModifier to scale the trajectory along the Z-axis. E.g. if you enter "2" it will be twice as high.
Rebuilds are necessary to make the changes take effect.
