The application will be on the website like it was in the past. It is not currently up.
I was wondering something else.
Would it be feasible to do a broadcast of a beta test for non participants, so we could get a look at the gameplay so far and provide input or would that be out of the question?

Or would that be too early and could lead to too much negative feedback?
What time zone would the core testing group be located in?
Next questions are related to the core and extended core testing groups, not the 20k participants beta:
Would the beta be on Steam (likely)? Would there be a need for a signed NDA? How would I know or whom would I need to ask to be able to receive these to sign them?

Or is it generally wise to wait for an announcement / to receive an invitation, not ask for one?
Also something far fetching maybe, but do you handle beta testing via a bug-tracker, ticket system, e-mails, TS or something completely different? Purely out of interest. I've mostly done bug-tracking/ticket betas and some e-mail style ones (writing Excel files was so much...fun

).
How was it handled in Red Orchestra Ostfront (public beta)? Is there a forum I can check out the old progress/handling or are these locked to the test group members (or maybe deleted completely)?
I hope that is not too many questions. Reply to the ones you like (if you can, want and know the answer). Also after proof reading, it feels like I am some sort of beta spy, but I can assure you, that I am not.
Edit: Something I forgot to add: Are there community suggestions that you are looking into? Are there some that you want the community to evaluate further, but which are currently slumbering? Do you have any things you are not sure about that you'd like to ask? Some sort of pre-beta implementation feedback.
