Yesterday I wasn't able to sleep, so I decided to make some tests...
After a few test on the medic healing (see here http://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/showthread.php?t=108921) I've done some armor testing.
I don't know if it was already posted, but here is my video (solo player, HoE) : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fGM7mFCotFU
(Sorry for the long "armorme X" calculation time, I was really sleepy...
As you can see, armor seems to have 3 states.
1) Below or equal to 49 (Edit : View next post (I was too sleepy maybe))
2) Above or equal to 50, but below 75 (will take more damage on armor, less on HP)
3) Above or equal to 75 (will take more more damage on armor, less less on HP)
Notice that always the same total amount of damage point will be inflicted. (Here 34, from a Scrake simple attack).
But the armor value will change the damage distribution between armor and HP.
I've done testing with the bloat bile too, it seems to work the same way.
May be interesting, I don't know.
Anyone can confirm my tests ?
