HOTAS Support, will we ever see it?

Okay, so i just bought the game and Deluxe, only to be given a huge disappointment. I am a IRL Helicopter pilot and i use HOTAS + Pedals for anything flight.

i CANNOT fly KBM and ive tried literally a decade to learn how, but having 10 years of actual flight experience, just cannot do it.

Will we ever see HOTAS Flight Support for this game? i see many requests for it in the Steam Discussions and a few requests for it here, and especially on Reddit and Facebook.

If no Support is going to be considered, im returning my purchase as that is a deal breaker for me. and i absolutely love the AH-1 Cobra Gunship

There are no plans to add it to this title. Their are some third party programs and config changes you can make locally to make it "mostly" work but it may impact ground combat in unintended ways.
