HoS beta for those who preorder ball

maybe for those of us who pre-order the ball and own all TWI products(including KF dlc) can get beta access at somepoint? :IS2:

A beta isn't a bonus teaser for people who preorder other games, it is meant to serve as feedback to fix and optimize the game before actual release. Perhaps they may do something like this for the final beta stage before release, but before that they should stick to whatever testing plans they currently have.

I guess the beta is there for figuring stuff out for multiplayer use.

Well the thing is, whether you like it or not, people want access to special things nowadays. It's a good marketing tool, and trust me, if there is any realm Tripwire needs help it's in the marketing department.

They are incredible devs, but just don't have the marketing to get their goods shown to a large enough audience.

If you ask me, Tripwire could and should make HoS a household name, you know damn well the real fans will get the bugs reported regardless. Whats a little extra cannon fodder gonna hurt?

Yeah, I think Beta should be for those who preorder HOS.
It will increase the player population alot.

If you pre-order nowadays you either get early access to beta, or you get to pay less.

MoH is offering a BF3 beta to those who pre-order the special edition, they knew that everyone is and wants BF3, so they make them buy the more expensive version of the game to get access to it, sneaky sneaky...

i'm not a fan of letting people "pay" to get access to beta TEST.......at least not until the "big" public beta once the only thing still needing to be tested is map balance with optimal player numbers (and this would require pre-order).

There should be a closed community beta, and then an open public beta. No pre-orders.
