I know that this isn't a RO issue but the HLSW forums are total useless. No one is ever around there. So here I am hoping that there is someone around here that uses this program. If no help is available here then hopefully I can be directed somewhere.

I've been using HLSW for one year now. Recently I've been having some issues. I am constantly monitoring our server so the "update server list" option is most useful for me. HLSW will no longer update in 'real time' as it used to do. According to the help file it states;

Auto Update all servers in server list if it is visible: If a popup serverlist is activated (CTRL+L), the server information will be actualized. The server will be pinged constantly, and all server information, like number of players, will be received. At the Update Rate-entryfield the number of servers will be defined, which will be actualized every minute. An increase of this number is only recommended, if you have a broadband connection, because the data transfer between HLSW and the servers increases rapidly (60000 Maximum).

When I first installed HLSW it pinged properly and updated constantly showing server info, number of players and score (frags). Now HLSW will no longer do this. I have to uninstalled/reinstall to make it work but I rather not do that all the time. I do exactly as directed above but to know avail. Here's a screenshot on what I am talking about.

As I said, when first installed everything worked fine. HLSW will show the number of players (As you see). HLSW will show this now but what HLSW won't do is ping the server constantly to show the players score (or frags). Please note that HLSW will ping but it's Very slooooooww. I know what your thinking but as I said, If I uninstall/reinstall then it will work fine (for awhile) Additionally, As you can see there are question marks. Normally these question marks will read; [bots]. Meaning; The server is being pinged constantly.

You resolution to this is much needed and well appreciated.
