High CPU load on menu?

I just noticed this since the last few rounds of patches: I'm getting really high CPU load (like, almost full) when RO is simply showing the menu screen. Happens regardless of whether I'm connected to the Internet or not, whether I leave it running for a few minutes or just fired it up. The only other thing I think I would've changed configuration-wise is the moving of the music files out of the music folder.

It's not that big a deal, but it is a bit annoying if, for example, I checked one last round of e-mail while RO:O was initializing.

Strange enough, I get the highest cpu loads on most of my games in just the menu screens. Happened with CODUO and it does with RO also, not to mention a few other games. Don't really know just it is doing when it seems to be idle
