Level Design Help - Static Mesh Texture Error?

In Mission Mode
So ive been trying to get one of me maps back up and running and I noticed that some of the mesh as well as one of the bsp walls turns black when you run up to it. I was thinking maybe something happened in the port of the object and textures however it was working before until all of a sudden, so im stumped. Can anyone help me please? ^.^

You can see in the pic, the mesh behind is normal texture. the mesh in front turned black once I got up close to it.

The problem you had was there along time ago (since the DeadSpace mod), it was caused by the custom textures for sci-fi maps.

I fixed that problem in my map (KF-TheHallway) either by converting the textures from DXT5 to DXT1 or opening the textures' properties and changing NormalLOD value from 2 to 5 (don't add more than 5 otherwise the textures would be blurred).
