[HELP] Preordering through Steam

Hi all
I was trying to preorder Red Orchestra through Steam. However, when I enter my credit card details, it declines my card because of an address verification. I am sure the address is ok and I can order ANYTHING else in any other site in the net. However I noticed that the address field in the Steam form is smaller than my address as it appears on my statement.

What can I do? I SO want to preorder this game!

Also Steam is VERY picky on the address/information, it needs to match credit card EXACTLY to be accepted

Make sure your address is EXACTLY the same as it appears in your statement. I've never had a problem, yet i have heard sometimes that CAPS etc effects it

Yeah, it took me several attempts for Steam to accept my details.

So if you were able to pre-load that means everything was confirmed right?

I wasn't sure about my zip code in the billing address (hehe been moving around alot), but it seemed to be ok and Steam sent me a reciept email.

Just wanted to make sure

I had the same problem, Steam has to have your address Excatly to the T how it appears on your credit card statement, no if's and's or but's about it.

If your address is in all caps, then put it in all caps. If something is abbreivated (IE Road = RD) then put it as RD , if there's a period (IE RD. ) then put the period, excatly as it is on your statement.

The same also goes for your name aswell.

Contact Steam customer support. I am not able to purchase anything off steam becuase my account has been "locked", as far as I recall. They need to manually unlock my CC for every purchase I make. Cant recall why.
