HELP ME PLZ!!! Keyboard download error

OK so i made a server and right after you finish dling the map it will download a keyboard pack. Right after it goes to black screen and says, "connection failed downloading keyboard" please help! it took me 2 days to firgue out how get to so people can join now this...sooo much pain!

It sounds like you are playing The Hive. If you are cahnge to a different map I believe people have to install the hive themselves.

Ive tried it on other maps, the same thing. But most important, I wana to be able to play my maps.

You will have to disable VAC for it to work.

There is no VAC option in the game options menu. Ive already done that to the ini file

Change

bVACSecured=True

to

bVACSecured=False

save the ini, restart the server.

if you have keyboard.u in your system folder it may be trying to force it on people who connect. This file is only for the hive so delete that file and see if it works.
