Help! I need the minimum system requirement for KF2!

My friend had SUCCESSFULLY installed the E5450 and GT 630 to his computer!
Congrats!

Unfortunately, his cooler seems not quite powerful to handle the 80W TDP from E5450 compared to the original 65W. We had occasional ping rises (from 60 to almost 300). Don't know if this is the problem of the CPU temp of his.

I myself feel no worry about it, my salary is enough for AMD
