As the title says i need help, my specializations reset to 0, i didnt receive any box from the vault and the game is bugged( i can´t start a simple game, can´t choose any specialization even trying to play offline) please i need Help!!

2. Restart the game if you reconnected
3. Open the game
this game needs an internet connection to load up your savegame. Don't expect it to work in offline mode.
Even if you open the game using internet and you cut it afterwards, when the game ends in a loss or a win it will be STUCK until you reconnect

Add these 4 addresses to any security software, e.g firewall: https://support.killingfloor2.com/en/steampc-knowledgebase/article/egs-connection-or-search-issues Make sure your computer's anti-virus isn't blocking any KF2 process or the above addresses, check any permission lists. Restart your computer once you've completed these changes.
If the perks remain at level 0 and no vosh crates are dropping it might be an ISP block (internet service provider). The only way to bypass that is by using a VPN. Keep in mind that Steam is not too fond of such solutions, TWI won't ban you tho.
