Health Meter Figure Gone from Update; Why?

I liked the Health Meter Figure that appeared in the left corner of the Game Screen that would tell you where you were wounded and also your stamina.

This seems to have been eliminated in the new update.

If you were a soldier, you would know how tired you are feeling and where you were wounded; the Health Meter Figure helped me in determining when I should run to that next piece of rubble or destroyed house.

I'm not sure why this feature was eliminated from the game. ?

If you were a soldier, you would know how tired you are feeling

You still could, if you listen to his breathing.
I've turned it off on purpose, now i only listen to the breathing and i know when to quit en how much longer i can go on in a sprint :)
The only thing clottering my hud is the clips counter, but that's just a necessity otherwise you would have no clue on how much more you have.
