i get a cache from a server and restore to mutator, but it not have .ucl ,i just want to load the complete mutator
anyone help?

Decompile the mutator and recompile it (make sure you rename the mut!).

Errors are given either from missing files, mismatch uc file names, or wrong coding.
The batch file will tell you what went wrong.

Scripts can also be coded to prevent decompiling due to server theft. Probably high chance of this if its from a russian server.

He can't tell you as he doesn't know the problem.

Also I will advise not to go around decompiling and recompiling mods. Mostly because this alters the file and will cause version mismatches for those who downloaded the original file.
