Far Far Away
Ehhhhhh They're kinda all easy :/

Biotics is way too easy the hallways can easily contain a patriach for a full attack on him ;( (beserker (me) slashing him and half the other team with shotguns shooting... Instant win)

Westlondon is too open o_O but if you go in the actual building or main building you die almost instantly.. and Farm is just diffrent you cant see anything come at you till your on a wall of a barn....

Offices by far easiest especially in the past... (with the medic kiting) just crossbow patriach then when he shoots rocket run behind a hall.

(if Fp or scarke = Beserker comes out and chops em up :))

but my hardest map is offices since that is where i got megapwnedultrafaggedtagged.

patriach sent his tentacle out and pushed me out of a window. "FAIL"

In farm, I usually fight in the trenched area, or the dried up river.
No kiting needed, if you have a good team, you can make it pretty easily.

For offices, I use the stairway on the second to third level. We usually have a berserker guarding both entrances while everyone heals, and shoots.

Has anyone successfully used the roof?

On Normal, yes. The closest I've gotten on hard was Wave 9 or 10, and that was usually hanging on by our finger nails. With four angles of attack, one of them being from above you, the roof is hard to hold down once you have to deal with hard targets like Skrakes and FPs.

Also, farm gets a LOT easier if you stay out of the tall grass, BTW...

Hell yeah, the dry river bed or the high road are much easier to fight on. Between the 2 wings of the of largest farm building when you weld the double door is also good.

Biotics Lab isn't that hard when you use the large U shaped room and weld the door close to the shop (The specimen rarely try to break it). Fighting from the other doorway, you have plenty of room to retreat when Fleshpounds attack. Players can also move to the back of the room to heal up without getting attacked.

I think Office is the hardest map. Other than that long corrider by the lobby, there's no easy place to defend. I can't count how many times I died in those dark stairs getting ambushed by gorefast or crawlers. It's the only map where you feel like the AI is trying to get you.

It's the combination of no good places to camp really, and the way the spawns are laid out. They spawn at the top and bottom, and players get caught in the middle. There's only a couple spots where you can get around an incoming wave that don't force you to jump out of the building and take damage.

I agree. On Offices, holding that hallway doesn't work well when the Skrakes and FPs start popping up. Either you'll get a few Skrakes and FPs that'll pop the door or you'll get 'em rushing in at you and leaving you pinned TO the door!

Never really been much of a problem, we don't kite FP's/Scrakes and prefer to all attack the FP's/scrakes at once to bring them down as quick as possible. Most of the mobs come from in front and even spawn outside in the car park, so you generally get a good view at what is coming and can hold the door well enough.

Tactics really depend on how many players you have as well, even though you have more firepower with more players, you are worse off in tight spots because it is difficult to coordiante and mobs have more health.

Yeah, concentrated firepower works nicely when you have a long hall like that.

Yarp, the scrakes being stunned and the fps being decapitated in one hit gets annoying :p
Only sharpshooters and berserkers that reliable stun scrakes. And only commandos and berserkers that reliable decapitate fps when the **** hits the fan.

KF-Offices hardest by far

there are no open areas, and there is none of the really goo defending spots

I find bioticslab the easiest and with half decent team, even on suicidal its a wak in the park to get to patriarch, just stick to the U-room, weld 1 of the doors and make sure you stay on the other and they will ignore that door, which eans they only come from 1 side

currently supports work best for waves beyond 5, till then switching between commando and firebug can make you good profit
