• 3.2 More Realistic character movement, speed, and specially inertia
Realism Mode's speeds. Strafing jog, pressing A or D, made somewhat slower than going foward, its acceleration also being slower. More expressive Inertia and Emcumbrance effects. Jogging costs a very small constant amount of stamina. Player rotation obeying to a maximum angular speed
• 3.12 Going upstairs more realistically
Character going uphill, upstairs, downstairs and ladders drain stamina, and speed be much slower. Character going downhill could also suffer speed penalties if decent is too steep
• 3.13 Winter Maps have slight character speed and acceleration reduction
Rougher terrain and thicker winter clothes as a good excuse

Surface modifiers for running on snow, ice, loose dirt/gravel, debris, hardpan, etc. Affect speed and stamina drain rate.
Since each terrain has a different modifier for sound of steps, perhaps not so hard to implement
