I'm very very suprised, can't wait for the next announcement!
for ue2.5 it looks very good, but still it's far away from what ue3 or other newer engines look like.

Well, thats kinda hard to answer.
The KF mod has been around before L4D, soo.....not really. although you will notice some obviouse similarities.
Yes surprised, but it does make sense somehow, both of them being originally UT2004 mods with a somewhat similar gritty art concept behind it.
makes sense now how such a small game company can be working on 2 games, this one already has alot of textures, sounds, story and other resources from the mod version. it should be a pretty big hit... specially since left 4 dead came out and it getting rather stale... KF actually looks better and more gritty anyway!

Don't worry man, they are still working on their other project, previously known as GAME2 (now GAME3, I guess?)
No this is game 3, more of a side project if you will. The main RO devs only helped a little as far as Im aware.
Game 2 will be given the true TWI treatment!
