yeah, what I'm really hoping for is a character based on Halloween...or maybe even a character based off of a British Comedy, they already did Harold Lott as Harry Enfield (Loadsamoney)
Any speculation what community weapons that could be. I did a search on the steam workshop and didn't find much that would possibly qualify.
Maybe the Moss12, Medic Shotgun, BD Hunting rifle, L85a2, Browning Hi-powered, M249(Mk 46 Mod 0)/M60/L86a2 (More realistically the L110 Minimi, which is just the original m249, considering the L86a2 is mainly a marksman weapon contrary to what Call of Duty says about the LSW.)? (I would seriously doubt a LMG though, but then again, I doubted the M99.) IJC is silent, except for a work in progress for a KF game-mode called "IJC Zombie Defend" which is marketed as being whitelisted.
from info you cant say for sure that there will be 2 dlcs. i think there will be only two (golden weapon pack 3 and new character)

Machine guns... This is something I could imagine. With the Rising Storm Tommy and the Dr.T the Commando has already something with 112 rounds without reloading. So I see definately the option for an machine gun with about 100 rounds, without making the assault rifles obsolete.
The BD Hunting Rifle... I didn't try it already, but where would be the place for it on the weapons spectrum. Just an cosmetic substitute for the XBow would be uninteresting. Maybe something between the XBow and the M99?
Medic Shotgun... This wouldn't add much gamplay wise. Some kind of medic grenade launcher would be more interesting imho.
After all I doubt somehow there will be a community weapons pack this halloween. There is not that much of variety left in the arsenal. Would make mor4e sense when they release another pay DLC at some point but not that soon after the last one.
Just hoping there will be some good discount because i plan to buy Payday 2, Killing Floor + weapon DLCs ( for 2nd PC ), Rising Storm ( already bought RO and RO2 GOTY ), L4D 2, Aliens vs Predator and BO2 Apocalypse.
To me all of the above fits the category of horror...even Payday 2 because of the masks? Rising Storm because i think TWI wil have discount on all their products at Halloween?

it show 3 different units of numbers being added to the game, meaning there is a high possibility of 3 DLC
I don't exactly think they're stupid, but they definitely have other priorities they're ignoring for the sake of selling something that takes ~2 minutes to make.
What's wrong with new guns? And why does it bother you if they put out a gold weapon pack? No one is forcing you to buy it.
i agree they are some bugs that should be fixed, but i prefer golden weapon packs over nothing, and it takes more than 2 minutes to make it
Open existing weapon skin
Overlay whole image with golden / yellow color
Copy pasta strips of ivory on the weapon
Gee that was hard. (and this is why I think skins should never be something sold, they should be allowed entirely up to the player with no need for whitelisting). Different model is one thing, but different skin? Yeah nah, very small effort.
still it it's a bit harder. it's not just goldish weapon. if you think it's that easy, make golden s&w model 29s (.44s) and post it here and we'll see if you create such a beautiful weapons.
