It looks like a Frommer M1937 but i cant be sure i've only seen sketches of it. It's definatly one of the Frommer family of pistols.

This pistol is the only pistol I know of by it's designer. It also predates WWI.

ta for the hint that gave it away i'd heard of it but never seen anything of it. its called the Mars made by Hugh Gabbet Fairfax. Its got an ingenius mechanism worse then the cocked up copy of the AR18's used in the BEA Systems SA80 (its not an Enfield because it was designed and manufactured in Coventry). I heard that some guys went blind testing the Mars because its mechanism ejects into the face of its user. Dunno how true it is about the guys going blind but anything that ejects into the firers face shouldnt be given the time of day that Webley gave that in improving it.

I knew that hint would give it away but I wanted to move on. That pistols been on there for a day and I was ready for a new one. :)

It fires a unique .45 cal round at over 1200 FPS! Considering a .45 ACP travels at 850 FPS that is a fast round. I wouldn't want to be hit in the face by the empty shell though.:p

NEXT!

This one happens to be a firm favorite of mine. I would be going for the worlds most powerfull assault rifle but i'll save it for later.
