Grenades are improved in every way IMO.

-Harder to aim (though I'm already getting pretty good at throwing throw windows a good distance away)
-Roll and bounce properly (ever prone dived away from a nade on the top of a hill and had it roll after you? LOL)
-Greater range and throwing distance
-Ability to throw from behind cover

I wish they did a bit more damage though.

The main problem I have is throwing grenades from cover, half the time it ends up being "lol i'm going to rest this grenade on the wall in front of me"

Look where your hand is pointing - that's where the grenade will go.

Seriously - try it on a window - works perfectly.

This. I really sucked in RO1 and BC2 with nades (BC2 is a big joke with nades). However in the beta I never had such a problem. In the start I missed sometimes, but after three throws you know where to aim, because there isn't a really noticable random cone, if it is there at all.

I will add that it would be nice to blind throw a grenade/ smoke from cover.

Afaik this is in-game, otherwise it will be there at full release. It is even shown in a gameplay video.

I can never hit that window right next to me.

The main fault granades have is that they lack power inside rooms.
For example in apartments if you throw a frag in the underground bunker to smoke out camper, he can simply run other side of the small room and hide behind a desk. Zero damage.
This makes granades quite unaffective in their main purpose.

Grenade physics in the game is kinda weird.
It' really hard for instance in NCO building on barracks to throw one between the bars of the end corridor windows.
And once it actually got stuck between them.
I would have F12 that, but I was too busy running for my life.

I'd prefer lower damage on grenades and random trajectory pathes on grenades than the nadespam that scourged RO:OST.

Everything except nadespam please.

I also have problems with the grenades. They seem kind of bouncy when I am hitting the wall instead of the window/door I tried to hit..... and this happens a lot ;)

Grenades are awesome and I'm really loving the "Rolling" physics when one gives his life to the father/motherland. I'd love to see Helmets rolling off heads as well (Grain Elevator loading screens show one helmetless, dead german).

but on the topic of grenades, it's mainly a matter of practice and yes, a bit of luck sometimes. under fire, suppression and stress, aiming this delicate explosive gets much harder. lobbing them through windows can get pretty difficult for anyone, only god and anyone who played DH's Foy and Stumont know how unfriendly grenades and church windows can act towards each other.

Whats not realistic about holding a rapid fire weapon around a corner to shoot people? IRL i would be more happy to do that then poke my head out or step out and shoot them, especially if they are armed with PPSH's or MP40's.

Try to comphrehend what I wrote.

I'm actually acknowledging the fact that it's realistic, thats why I'd like to be able to do the same thing with grenades.

I thought grenade throwing has never been better.

Every grenade path is predictable.

I feel the grenades are fine so far, it simply takes practice minus a few bugs like grenades getting into walls/windows. Their power indoors could be a little stronger though.

I DO love the physics on them now , I can't even count how many times my heart stopped when I see enemy grenades rolling down stairs in my direction. Only to see they are from dead corpses. :D

*in my head

"I guess that was, . . . *takes sunglasses off  . . . a dead 'nade"

YEAAAAH!!!
