Green Blocks after Patch

I am unable to see any text or HUD interface in game. I have a black screen with Green blocks where words, health or menus should be.

I have reinstalled the game twice, rolled back graphics software and restarted a few times.

Please help.

can you try manually deleting your system folder, and textures folder. And trying to verify the integrity of the gamecache. Don't ask me why but sometimes that works while a full reinstall does not.
