graphics issue

i recently installed a radeon 9250, there's no frame rate issue but the corona's and textures are a messed up



only textures about 5m around me seem to look normal, when i move towards things the textures appear to peel away in layers

edit: if you look at the banner that normally says "disco death march" you can see what i mean by messed up

edit two: when zed's hit me my screen turns black

fixed my problem, (sorta)

it was forcing anti-aliasing, anisotropic filtering, and vertical syncing to be on, the motion blur still causes my screen to go black so i just turned that off, i can do without it anyway. i hope this helps someone
