Graphical help

I play on macintosh, and I get this weird glitch where if I play biotics labs, the entire floor is a solid grey. No textures, no nothing. I have tried to change a bunch of things, but nothing has happened. Can anyone help me out? Please? The odd thing is i have played KF on my windows XP side on the same computer with no problems. Also, everytime a wave starts, there is usually a stutter in the game, which I assume is most likely the specimens spawning. Help?

I figured out the textures were messed up because of projectors, so I turned them off, but now I can't use my flashlight, which is more useful than having textures on the ground. Can no one help me?
